The Marina Alta has one of the highest proportions of foreign residents on the Spanish coast, and dealing with an emergency in a language you do not fully command makes a stressful situation worse. We handle calls in English, so you can explain the problem properly and understand exactly what we are going to do and what it will cost.
That matters most with the details that change the price: whether the door is simply latched or locked with the key, whether it is a standard or an armoured door, and whether anyone has already tried to open it.
Fixed price agreed before we travel
We give you a closed price on the phone, not a vague range. That price does not change unless the situation on site turns out to be different from what was described.
Our full price list is published and downloadable, with prices excluding VAT and materials, which is how locksmith tariffs are normally expressed in Spain. The final figure is always confirmed before any work starts.
Holiday homes and properties left empty
A large part of our work in Dénia involves properties that stay closed for months. Locks seize up, cylinders corrode in the salt air, and owners arrive late at night to find the key no longer turns.
In many of these cases the lock is not broken at all, it simply needs cleaning and lubricating. We will tell you that rather than sell you a replacement you do not need.
What we cover
Non-destructive door opening, lock and cylinder replacement, anti-bumping security cylinders, shutter repairs, vehicle opening and anti-squatter protection for empty properties. We cover Dénia, Jávea, Benissa, Ondara, El Verger and the surrounding area, 24 hours a day.
Proof of residence or ownership is required before we open any property. It is a protection for you as much as for us.
