Old town, port, Arenal and the urbanisations
Jávea works as three separate towns plus a large ring of urbanisations spread across Balcón al Mar, Tosalet, La Lluca and Cap Martí. Each area brings a different kind of call, from town-centre apartments to isolated villas reached by private track.
If you are in one of the urbanisations, sending us your location by WhatsApp saves a great deal of time. Street numbering in those areas is often unreliable.
Villas that stand empty for months
Properties used only part of the year develop predictable problems. Lubricant dries out, salt air corrodes the cylinder, and the key that worked perfectly in September no longer turns in May.
Gate and garage locks fail for the same reasons and are frequently the actual obstacle, before you even reach the front door. We check those first.
Armoured doors and high-value property
Many villas in Jávea have armoured doors with multipoint locks, where steel rods anchor the door into the frame at several points at once. Opening one takes longer and requires specific tools.
When you call, tell us the make of the lock if you can see it. It lets us arrive with the right equipment instead of having to return.
